1. Our Role

INVO Project acts solely as a platform connecting event organisers, guests, venues, and service providers.

• ✔ We do not process payments for venues or services.
• ✔ We do not provide refunds or handle cancellations for third-party services.
• ✔ We provide tools for invitations, planning, booking, and recommendations.

2. User Responsibilities

• ✔ Provide accurate and complete information.
• ✔ Use the platform lawfully and ethically.
• ✔ Respect the rights of organisers, guests, venues, and providers.

3. Payments and Refunds

INVO provides free event creation and planning tools. Charges apply for specific services offered by the platform.

a) Invitation Delivery Fees

• ✔ Users are charged based on the number of invitations sent via SMS, email, or other communication channels.
• ✔ These fees cover the cost of delivering invitations and related communication services.

b) Service Listing Fees

• ✔ Service providers may be required to pay a listing or subscription fee to be featured on the platform.
• ✔ Listing fees grant visibility and access to potential clients through INVO.

All payments for platform services are processed securely through third-party payment gateway providers.

• ✔ INVO collects payments only for services provided directly by the platform, including invitation delivery and service listing.
• ✔ INVO does not process or handle payments between organisers and third-party venues or service providers.

Refund Policy

• ✔ Payments for invitation delivery are non-refundable once invitations have been successfully sent.
• ✔ Listing or subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated, unless otherwise stated.
• ✔ In cases of system errors attributable to INVO, users may contact support for review and possible resolution.

Third-Party Services

• ✔ Payments for venues and external service providers are handled directly between organisers and providers.
• ✔ INVO is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes related to third-party services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content including branding, software, designs, and materials belong to INVO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• ✔ We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• ✔ We are not responsible for listing inaccuracies.
• ✔ We are not liable for disputes between organisers and providers.

6. Platform Modifications

INVO may update, modify, or suspend features at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes will be resolved in Zambian courts.

8. Platform Role Disclaimer

INVO operates as a connection and planning platform that links event organisers, guests, venues, and service providers. INVO does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the behaviour, pricing, quality, or performance of any venue or service provider listed on the platform.

9. Consent to Notifications

By using INVO, users consent to receive event invitations, reminders, and platform notifications through phone, email, or in-app messaging where applicable.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

INVO reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate platform rules, engage in fraudulent behaviour, or harm platform integrity. Where necessary, action may be taken without prior notice.

11. User-Generated Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all content uploaded to the platform, including event details, messages, images, and any information shared through INVO. Users must ensure that their content complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

12. Service Disclaimer

INVO does not guarantee the availability, or performance of venues, service providers, or other third parties listed on the platform. Users engage with third-party services at their own risk.
